Privacy Policy

Who we are
autoalbum lets event hosts collect photos from their guests via a QR code. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
Photos
We do not store guest photos on our servers. When a guest uploads a photo it is passed directly into the event host's own Google Drive. The host controls those files in their Google account.
What we store
- Event details you provide (event name, your email, optional event date).
- A record of each upload (file name, optional uploader name, and the Google Drive file reference) so we can show counts — not the image itself.
- An authorization token that lets us save photos to your chosen Google Drive folder. You can revoke this at any time from your Google account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Google data
We request the minimum Google Drive permission needed (the
drive.file scope) to create a folder and add photos to it. We do not
read, view, or access any other files in your Drive.
Limited Use disclosure
AutoAlbum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide this service (saving photos to your Drive).
Your choices
You can disconnect Google access from your Google account settings, and you can request deletion of your event data by contacting us.
